Australian Orders
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately one (1) week, depending on your location and courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and regional or remote locations.

International Orders
International orders are fulfilled through our approved online providers.

Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where the product is found to be faulty or defective. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions do not constitute a fault.

To request a return for a faulty or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order, quoting your order number and details of the issue.

Our wooden spoon products are intended for general kitchen use only.

Use of this product is at the customer’s own discretion. As with any wooden kitchen utensil, proper care, handling, and usage are required. Customers should inspect the product prior to use and discontinue use if damage, cracking, or splintering occurs.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow reasonable care and usage practices.
